Shipping and Delivery Information
Typically, merchandise will ship within 2 business days of receipt via the shipping method of your choice.
We’re not responsible for non-receipt of orders once we ship them out, including, but not limited to, from the failure by any third party delivery company to deliver an order or by your failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.
Email Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email that will provide a summary of your order, including the items purchased, billing, payment, and shipping information. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your Inbox. Upon shipping, you will receive another email confirming the shipment along with tracking information.
Shipping
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS – U.S.
Orders ship from Chatsworth, CA. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. Holidays.
Orders with ship-to addresses within the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or USPS* dependent on options available at the time of your order.
* Orders going to PO Boxes, Military, and APOs must be shipped with USPS.
* Orders with ship-to addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional time in transit.

Next Day Air: 1 business day in transit
2nd Day Air: Up to 2 business days in transit
Ground: 1 – 5 business days in transit
USPS
Priority: 2-4 business days in transit
First Class & Parcel Post: 1 – 7 business days in transit
Our shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to.
NOTE: Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping/ fees.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you sign up for an account at checkout (not guest checkout), click “My Account ” and sign in to see order history. You can browse your order history and track the status of any orders. Tracking is real-time and will show information provided by the carrier. If you feel there is an unusual delay, please feel free to contact customer service for further assistance.
International Shipping
SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS – OUTSIDE THE US.
Our international customers are very important to us. We are proud to be serving fans worldwide.
International orders will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), your choice. If USPS is selected, USPS will get it to the destination country and hand over to your local carrier. International Priority Air Mail delivery times average 4-10 business days once shipped (please allow up to 2 days for order processing before the item ships), but will depend on the destination country and can be delayed in customs. Depending on the destination country, orders could take up to 3-4 weeks. Please be aware that we are not responsible for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state; we advise you to check your local customs office regarding import laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country bans any products.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for any international orders that are refused upon delivery.
International Shipping Duties and Taxes
Most orders shipping via USPS Priority or First Class International do not incur any import fees, duties &/or taxes as they are delivered by your local carrier….NO GUARANTEE.
UPS always charges import fees, duties &/or taxes on all international shipments. We do not have any control over this.
Please consult with your carrier of choice before creating an order.
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes.
Per the terms of our return policy, please note that shipping arrangements and costs incurred to return items are the customer’s responsibility.
First Class Mail is non-insured, nor trackable. If you use this shipping method, the postal service is not obligated to scan your package, and tracking information may not be updated, which will not allow for us to know whether or not the package is in transit. It is recommended that you contact the carrier within a week of the shipment if no update has been listed.
Returns and Exchanges
I Keel You Inc. will accept any unwashed/unworn merchandise items (as determined by us in our sole discretion) for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase (within 45 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer’s defects or damaged items, including, but not limited to, any shipping and handling costs to return the merchandise item(s) to us.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Items returned with disturbed packaging, damage due to transit, or if the item was put to use are subject to a 10% reduction on the purchase price.

Refunds
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer’s defects or damaged items, including, but not limited to, any shipping and handling costs to return the merchandise item(s) to us. Your refund will be credited to the original payment source. If the original source is unavailable, we will either issue a store credit or issue a check as we determine in our sole discretion. Note: For your protection, we prefer that your returns and exchanges be shipped with some form of tracking. Once received, refunds or exchanges are handled ASAP. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund amount to reflect onto your account.
We honor the Funko policy on packaging:
• Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item
• Even if you choose to keep your figure in the boxes, we are not able to replace packaging
